The 2012 Parents Victoria Conference turned out to be an overwhelming vote for SRI reform.

On Wednesday the leaders of Parents Victoria hosted a forum on SRI as part of their week long on line conference.  As you can see the most comments were registered for SRI and almost all were against the current system.  There were a few exceptions.  Denise Nichols, the director of ACCESS Ministry who is in charge of SRI wrote in to say that she was for SRI, and a few SRI teachers also logged on to say that they were “for” SRI too … but aside from the obvious partisans who are paid to run SRI – nearly all of the parents who commented said SRI was not welcome in our schools.
