Since his debut as one of the clergy willing to call ACCESS’s programs like he saw them (in his words “crap“) – Gary Bouma has consented to a few appearances on TV and a few soundbites – but for the most part has lain low, enjoyed his ivory tower and leafy parish and generally spent his time not making much a difference on the issue of SRI – and who can blame him.

But Bouma is back, fit as always to be bowtied* – and he’s back doing the thing he most likes to do – talk about the sociology of religion and the demographic that he calls “New Atheists” and what their problems are and aren’t.

Here he is lamenting the discrimination that people feel – when they believe they don’t believe – but in the end he is the Rodney King of Belief.

Can’t we all just get along?
