FIRIS parents attended the public forum on Religion in Schools and the AGE reported out on the comment of Bishop Hale, the man now running damage control for the controversial parachurch, ACCESS MINISTRIES.

Although the CEO of ACCESS plainly detailed the purpose of “schools ministry” as a programme to “make disciples” of children, going so far as to claim that ACCESS could “plant churches” in schools, Hale denied anything like that is contemplated by the organization, which he contends isn’t the one making the rules.

Hale said that ACCESS only had a half hour a week to instill beliefs in children.

No matter how determined ACCESS is to spin their agenda as one dedicated to “education” … they just can’t help admit that they are really there to make recruits for religion.
